Selina Law grew up
in Hong Kong, an east-meet-west world class city. Drinking tea was a
big part of her upbringing. Whether it was the pot of oolong tea that
was made every morning at home, or the occasional British style afternoon
tea at local cafes or fancy hotels, or the popular Southern Chinese
culture of tea and dim sum, tea was more than a beverage to Selina.
It was a way of life in which people took time to live. Surrounded by
teas since birth gave Selina a deep appreciation for the tea drinking
culture.
In addition to her title of Certified
Tea Specialist (C.T.S.) - awarded by the Specialty Tea Institute, Selina
is also a seasoned educator and experienced event coordinator.
