Organic Lapsang Souchong

Lapsang Souchong is a distinctive, smoke-flavored, very dark tea from the Fujian province in China.  It is known to be an acquired taste. Historically it was considered a "men's tea” but has become increasingly popular with women in recent years. It is known to go well with spicy foods as well as with salty foods. It is also considered by its advocates as being peculiarly suited to drinking out-of-doors, especially after intense activity like hiking.
